The hotel was clean but small; having a window helped. The sleeping pads were fully adequate. The receptionist supplied a heater to remedy the small room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making it a lovely place to stay again. The location was excellent, right across the street from the Haymarket Tram/Bus stop, making it convenient for transportation. The dining experience was average and could use improvement. The facilities were sufficient for a short stay.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The room, despite being a double, was not as cozy as expected with noisy washing machines nearby in the morning, and the cold room made worse by a heater I couldn't get to work. The facility only providing 1 bath towel for 2 adults felt quite stingy. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.
