The location was ideal. The train station was directly across from the hotel, very convenient for my travels. My room included effective heating and air conditioning. The assistance from the front desk was excellent. The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. Everything was very new and well-kept. I appreciated the easy check-in process. The staff was friendly and efficient at all times.

The absence of sufficient space within the room made it difficult to manage larger pieces of luggage.

The location is really convenient. It is just steps away from the train station. My bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, I was very happy.

The room was quite small. I was a bit surprised by the limited space. There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room! I had to go down to reception each time I wanted a coffee, that was not great. The noise isolation from the window was poor. I could hear a lot of street noise.

the location was very convenient near a train and tram station. the staff were friendly i found the bed comfortable for a good night's sleep

the room i stayed in was quite small it barely had space for one person to move around comfortably. there was no proper bathroom door just a stained glass partition i found that a little uncomfortable
